By creating a MELA account you agree to use the platform lawfully, to provide accurate information, and to keep your credentials secure. Merchants additionally agree to the verification and settlement terms in their merchant agreement.

MELA connects users with independent merchants, practitioners and service providers. Where a service is delivered by a third party, that provider remains responsible for the quality and legality of what they supply.

We may update these terms as the ecosystem grows. Material changes are communicated in-app and by email before they take effect.
